Title 24 Acceptance Testing

ILLUME ELECTRIC is a state certified Acceptance Testing contractor and are certified to perform acceptance testing on required projects throughout California.

If a contractor is not certified they will have to hire a certified contractor to verify of their work.

Effective July 1, 2014 California building code requires that most permitted projects that include lighting shall be inspected for Title 24 compliance by a certified acceptance technician. This applies to renovations, additions and all new construction, and will be required for a certificate of occupancy (C of O).
